I've been to this location a hand full of times and have experienced mediocre service. This time was an excpection. My server Adriana was so attentive and sweet. She knew how to make her guest feel welcomed. I'll most definitely be coming back.

The new Assistant Manager, Kevin was so helpful when we needed assistance with my friends car in the parking lot. He came out and stood in the cold with us and helped us with what was going on and made sure we were okay before he went inside and finished his closing duties. He had no obligations to do that- just great costumer service! Also our food was amazing and the servers were so sweet. My friend and I were at a farewell dinner so we were there for a long time (like 3+ colors) and they never stopped checking on us and filling up our drinks.

Its hard to believe you haven't gone to Applebee's. The food and drinks are excellent. American style sports bar and grill. Delicious.

Great service! Food was hot and fresh! I had the Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp. Delish!!

Our server was nice, but the all you can eat deal was neither all I could eat or timely. Spent most of the time there waiting and they ran out of shrimp... Just an off putting experience.

Food is delicious, quick and affordable. Excellent staff too. All around go there a lot.

Been coming here for years now and my foods been served hot or the way I like it but today my tacos and mozzarella sticks were served to me really cold.

This place is my favorite place. Of all restaurants I know I like it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to this restaurant. everytime I feel like having a decent lunch, this place comes straightaway to my head. extremely good and all kinds of food and a large menu.courteous team, and nice mood. Also, the price is good. I praise this spot with pleasure.

I placed a to go order to pick up, I arrived after it was supposed to be ready and it took about 20 additional minutes of me waiting in my car, they also forgot my drink and had to go get it. Then I got all the way home to find my order was not all there, shame on me for not checking I just figured since it took so long it would be right. I paid $18.00 for a lemonade and an incomplete sampler. Not sure its worth driving back in the rain to ask them to make it right. The food I did get was not warm but well prepared and tasty so their cooks are earning them some stars for that.

Great spot to catch a game,and the atmosphere is great as well as the appetizers, and you can't go wrong with the menu items. This is Bourbon Chicken and shrimp, and Parmesan steak and shrimp, and yes it was delicious.

New menu items, but still went for the Oriental chicken salad. Always yummy!

We sat ourselves in the bar area, sat down for a good 10 minutes until waiter even came and acknowledged us. Placed a order and didnt get sauce until after we were done with food. Very forgetful waiter, he didnt even bring us napkins after we asked (Eating messy ribs). Just all around bad expierence! Currently sitting with no refills, empty cups and still no service.

Very very sad service it was more important to entertain the male gentleman in the private area where the napkins are kept with a JOYFUL conversation rather than take care of her guests and submit the order correctly!!!!! If one orders the 25 cent wings extra sauce that is what they want. Dry over fried wings are what we received!!!! So I just reciprocated the reminder financially!!!! Your job as a Server is to PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR GUESTS!!!! Beverages and Napkins are basic essentials!!! Guest Service is PARAMOUNT PERIOD!!!! THE MALE ENTERTAINMENT IS AN OFF THE CLOCK CHOICE I PAY YOUR WAGES!!!!

Great $1 monthly drink specials and food is always delicious!! It’s a great place to meet friends and have a good time. I usually go there several times a month and I am always pleased with their friendly staff and good food choices.

We enjoy hanging out. Yesterday we arrived in this magnificent restaurant which we didn’t know before. We passed a delightful experience there with high-qulity dishes and a nice team and a talented cook. We added this place in our phone list and we will certainly return soon. We deeply recommend.

Rude over the phone customer service. Was also told they wouldn’t bring my food out to me because the area was too dangerous? Didn’t think federal way was that dangerous but okay. Was told it was safer for me to come and get my own food.

We sat at the bar and had lunch; Festa lime chicken for my wife and a bacon cheese burger for me. The food and the staff were both great.

Amazing time with the family and the food was fantastic! We definitely want to have another experience here and even try the lunch cuisine and drinks around "happy hour". That will be a first timer for sure! We could use some fun after working so hard for so long 🙂

Food taste basic and I ordered a burger no pink and it came rare as hell. I was only offered a beverage one time the whole hour I was there. The table had no silverware or napkins. I won't be going back, there are plenty of other restaurants in the area.

No veteran discount at this location. They used to have it but I keep getting told that they never did. Food and drinks took forever. Some was cold. Brandy T. Is awesome though. She did everything she could for us. I give Brandy T. 5 stars. Thank you Brandy T.

Ordered 2 burgers and a chicken wrap last night; both burgers were raw, no sauce on them (whiskey river bbq burger)and the buns were stale. Wrap was was awesome!

Service was good! The price was ok. The food was ok nothing special.

Ordered pick up for my husbands bday today and it was wonderful! The man on the phone who took my order was friendly and the lady who brought it out was just as nice. My shrimp Alfredo was super thick and creamy and the family loved the wings and garlic mashed potatoes. Great job Applebees!

The wait was long but it’s a Saturday night so that’s fine. Our waiter JC was absolutely amazing! He paid close attention to detail with our orders and was just very helpful all around. Never had to ask him for help cause he was already doing it. The problem was the hostess. She could clearly just care less, when she asked how many people there are in our party she just said there’s a long wait and proceeded to stare at the wall as if we weren’t there. Couldn’t tell us how long and didn’t ask to write our names down yet told us we could leave and come back during our wait. Just not very helpful or appealing as the face of this apple bees. Would still go here though!

This spot never fails to impress. They have fantastic dishes for convenient pricing, there no long wait even when they are loaded.
